Polish Day in LA, Long Beach shares the streets of Long Beach with 2nd Saturday Art Walk street art fair - thank you!

There will be art works and other creative works in Hellada Gallery and random creative magic on the street. There will be crafts and booths and live musicians. There will be free dance lessons, a designated beer garden area, and plenty of bustle within local eateries and shops. Join the fun! Folk dancing in the street, music, yummy food!

One exhibit of note will be a replica display of the finely crafted armor used by the 17th Century Polish Winged Hussars.

The Polish way to say “Folk dancing in the street, music, yummy food, and more!” is Zabawa na calego! (Pronounced: Zabava na tsawego!) You already know that, right?

Don’t miss the Polish-themed art walk event for family and friends. Over fifteen Polish-American institutions, as well as the Polish Consulate, are collaborating to make the event extra special!

The fun takes place just two blocks east of the First Street Station of the Metro Blue Line.

Come for free dance lessons! Come to learn some Polish-language words and phrases! Come to chat and stroll and dig the friendly scene up and down the street closure area!
