Keep Your Peace of Mind - Sign Up for PSFCU Debit Card SMS Fraud Alerts

When fraud occurs, time is of the essence. Protect yourself and your PSFCU VISA® Debit Card from fraud with real-time SMS Fraud Alerts for your peace of mind.

As always, your security is a priority at PSFCU. With this in mind, we are offering a new, free fraud alerts service. Sign up for FREE SMS Fraud Alerts and you will receive text messages regarding suspicious transaction activity on your PSFCU VISA® Debit Card.

How to enroll

Starting on May 21, 2018, PSFCU VISA® Debit Card holders will begin receiving an SMS welcome message inviting them to enroll in the program. The message will read: 

“PSFCU Debit Card Fraud Alerts. Reply YES to enroll. Reply HELP for help. STOP to cancel.”

Reply YES to enroll and you will receive an enrollment confirmation message. In the event of subsequent suspicious activity, you will receive an SMS alert message allowing you to confirm or decline the transaction.
